The term “New Age” has got a bad rap.

It brings to mind images of peaceful white ladies in long, flowy dresses talking to crystals and sending their “energy” out into “The Universe”. It’s psychics and crystal balls, Zodiac signs, and love spells, which all seems a little detached from reality. But really, who defines reality?
And is detaching from it always so wrong?
